LOS ANGELES, Calif. (May 24, 2007) -- "High School Musical" mania officially returns tomorrow!
Radio Disney will premiere "What Time Is It," the first song from the highly anticipated Disney Channel original movie "High School Musical 2,"tomorrow at 8:00 AM (ET) during Radio Disney's Planet Premiere feature.
The song will be highlighted throughout the day, airing once during each airshift on Radio Disney.
The gang returns for 'HSM2!'
"What Time Is It" features the voices of the sequel's cast, including Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman.
The new song is the rousing anthem track that sets the stage for "High School Musical 2," picking up where the first movie left off: the last day of school. The song reintroduces the characters as they start their first day of summer.
A CD single of
"What Time Is It"
will be available in stores on July 17, followed by a full soundtrack release on August 14.

Hey Guys! I have added lots of pics to our temporary gallery which you can view here. We’ve added what we think is the CD cover for “What time is it?” thanks to Miss Vanessa. We’ve also added the covers of the interactive HSM2 game “Sing it!”. I definitely want it! LOL. I’ve also added some pics from the press conference Vanessa and the cast attended in Argentina and the concert in Brazil on May 20th! I’ll add most of the pictures from Vanessa’s recent events just until the gallery is up and running so I don’t leave you guys hanging!

Also on May 18th, the HSM cast was in Chile for another stop of the HSM Concert! Yesterday, May 20th, Vanessa and the rest of the crew attended a press conference in Brazil!

New Vanessa Music Video!
"Let's Dance" video will be filming in Los Angeles, California towards the end of June. The official music video will have its first look on TRL and MuchOnDemand on July 19, 2007. Disney channel will have a different version of the music video, more kid friendly, that music video will premiere July 18, 2007.
You guys, I’m so excited about this news. The first song off the High School Musical 2 soundtrack is going to premiere this week! Radio Disney will play “What Time Is It” from HSM 2 this Friday, May 25, at 8:00 a.m. I’m gonna tune in for sure, will you?
I’ve heard a preview of “What Time Is It” and it features HSM 2 stars Zac, Vanessa, Ashley, Corbin, Lucas and Monique. The song is supposed to open the movie, after the school bell rings the start of the Wildcats’ summer vacation! You can also buy the CD single for “What Time Is It” in stores on July 17 and the entire HSM 2 soundtrack on August 14.
OMG! I have so much to say now that we are back up and running smoothly! We had a small delay but it should be pretty much be fixed around summer or a few days. So since I haven’t updated in a while…this will be pretty big.
First of all, back on May 4 there was an article on HSM2 where People.com took a first look at HSM which you can see here. Also, Vanessa and a few other HSM stars were featured in the Poppies awards! Vanessa won Best Actress (Your Choice) in The Poppies - The Popcorn Awards for the Best of 2006!
We thought lots of you girl-types would be jealous of Miss Hudgens for spending so much time next to Zac, but no, she was overwhelmingly voted Best Actress for her role as Gabriella in High School Musical. You'll next see her in... High School Musical 2!

2006 gave us plenty of good stuff that'll be worth keeping on DVD and watching for years to come. 2007's looking good, too, especially for blockbuster fans (new Pirates, new Potter, new Spidey!) - and maybe one or two of you will be tuning in for High School Musical 2? -so stick around and let's see what's worth voting for at the end of it all!
Rose elementary school won a visit from Vanessa and Zac from Radio Disney. On May 4th, 2007 Vanessa and Zac paid the school a visit. There are two videos. Those of which you can watch here and here. They’re so cute! Don’t forget to mark your calendars because Vanessa has recently shot her Neutrogena Commercials. It will air May 26th to an unknown channel, but it’s most likely to be MTV. And for all you French and Spanish speakers she also recorded the commercial for you guys! Can’t wait. Also, check out Bandmerch.com. They have added a Vanessa Hudgens merch. E! Online is reporting that the South American High School Musical tour will feature the complete cast. Well, kind of? They’re stating that Zac Efron will be on the road with them but not on stage. Also, at one time there was a chance that Belinda Peregrin had been offered the role of Gabriella when Vanessa Hudgens thought she would be unable to go on the tour.
Some cute and somewhat exciting news, as of May 13, Vanessa is down is South America ready for the Concerts (May 15- May 30). Vanessa was seen then in Buenos Aries (credit Vanessa-anne.org for the pics) with Ashley and Jared and then again with Stella and the rest of her family. From what I know, Zac has flown in today to meet up with the cast although he will not be performing. Drew Seely will be performing as Troy in the South American Tour. But I think it's so cute that in the picture of Vanessa in the stripped Top and sunglasses…those are Zac’s glassed he wore in Hawaii and his Shirt! AWWW! I know you all probably know that Zac and Vanessa were out in Hawaii a bit ago and yes I have the pictures but I’m not going to put them up. I’ll tell you they were cute and you have probably seen some of them but I’ll leave it up to the magazines to show you. : )
